Katy Rice Festival -  Katy Rice Festival - Our booth (F8) is located on Ave C Street near the Rice Education Booth. The closest festival gates are Gate 2 at the corner of Ave C & 1st Street or Gate 3 at the corner of Ave D and 3rd St. We will be open from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tickets into the festival each day are only $5 per adult and kids 12 and under are free.
